UNIQUE FEATURES
The Farmaster range of trailers is designed for general farm use, with a fast tipping body that goes to 60° will ensure even sticky loads will tip. Full RHS chassis with single drawbar member gives high strength and maximum turning circle. Most of these trailers have been sold with single axles (the tandem axle model is more expensive and will scrub when turning). The sides are hinged (& removable) with a tailgate that lifts off its hinges allowing the trailer to be used without the rear door, as there are corner sockets in the deck that locate the tailgate posts for securing the sides. This makes a very diverse trailer for any operation. Many of these are sold with an extension of 1.2m that neatly secures into the top deck members, this now gives 4.4m of floor area that allows up to 8 round bales to be loaded.
A particular feature is that the headboard can lift out of its location sockets. Bolsters can then be fitted to the 4 corner sockets making the flatbed ideal for pole transport. The mechanical opening tailgate is standard allowing the tailgate to open at about 15° and has the aperture fixed by spreading chains ensuring the right amount of material is spread.
Wheel options are either 11.5 x 15.3 as standard or 400/60 x 15.5 as the flotation option.
